Imagine yoga without the poses, but with ALL giggles.
Laughter Yoga is part breathing exercise, part playful improv, and part nervous system reset.
You fake the laugh until it becomes real, and your mind can't tell whether
it’s staged or spontaneous —
it still floods you with feel-good chemicals.
Translation: it’s the cheapest spa treatment you’ll ever try, and you don’t even need stretchy pants.
